Entry and payment will be via the Stardom Competition Online Entry System. (http://www.stardom.com.au)

Payment is required at time of entry. Secure payment is offered online via credit card. Payment by purchase order is available for schools. Your entry is not confirmed until payment is received.

Before logging in to Stardom it is useful to peruse the schedule and print or record the sections that you are interested in entering.

Registering with Stardom

First time users will need to register with Stardom. Parents, if you are entering your children, you may register on their behalf and add them as competitors (see next section). Teachers may enter on their students’ behalf. If competitors are entering individually, please ensure that duets/trios are only recorded on one entry.

  • Click ‘Register’ from the Stardom homepage

  • Select the Entry Manager Type from the dropdown box. (Note: Parents: If you are entering your children please select ‘Parent’ as Manager Type)

  • Complete all areas with *

  • Click ‘Next’

  • Enter a ‘Username’ and ‘Password’

  • Click ‘Finish Registration’

An email will be sent to the email address you registered with your username and password. Please keep your username and password to enable you to login, check your entries and results, and to enter in future years.

Once logged in, Stardom will guide you through the entry system.

Manage Competitors

Add all the competitors you will be managing (your children, your groups, individuals) for the Border District Eisteddfod.

  • Click ‘Manage Competitors’

  • Select ‘Manage Competitors List’ or ‘Manage Group List'

  • To add a new competitor, click ‘Add New Competitor’ then enter their full name and date of birth

  • Click ‘Save Changes’

  • To add a new group, click ‘Add New Group’ then enter the group name

  • Click ‘Save Changes’

Note: Duets / Trios are groups. When entering competitors into Duet / Trio sections, add the names of the competitors in the duet/trio as a single group (eg. Mary Smith & Lily Jones) in the Manage Group List.

Create New Entry

Select the disciplines (Music, Dance, Drama) you will be entering your competitors in. Enter all your competitors and all the sections they are entering on the one entry form.

  • Click on ‘Create New Entry’

  • Select the ‘Green arrow’ beside Border District Eisteddfod

  • Click the ‘+ sign’ beside the discipline(s) you wish to enter

  • Tick all the sections to be entered for all competitors on the entry. Click ‘NEXT’

  • Click ‘+ Add Competitor(s)

  • Select the eligible competitors for each section then press “+ Add’ to allocate them to the section

  • Click ‘Next’

  • Proceed through the system to confirm entry details, accept terms & conditions, and confirm payment

  • Secure payment is offered online via credit card. Payment by purchase order is available for schools. Your entry is not confirmed until payment is received

You will receive an email with details of your entry.

Changes can be made to your entry up to the closing date (22nd March 2024). No changes are permitted after the closing date. No refunds prior to or after the closing date.
